Michelle is trained as a Child and Youth Worker, and began her career at Laurencrest as a residential Direct Care Worker. She has experience in Diversion, MAP, and Triple P programs. Michelle has also worked at the Comfort Zone, and is trained in EDI, Risk Assessment & Management, Strength-based trauma, and Mental Health First-Aid.
